Early in life, Col. Mangos Dabisi was trained and promoted through the Ugandan military ranks. His career ended with a rare Dishonorable Discharge after he intimidated subordinates into paying him ‘sleep well money’—offering a good night’s rest to those who complied. In reality, that meant avoiding intentional injuries from Dabisi himself. His formidable presence and military expertise quickly drew the attention of Guerrilla Warfare (GW).
