SSG 08 | Acid Fade (Factory New) is a bright, minimalist sniper skin introduced on November 27, 2013, released with "Out with the old, in with the new" update as part of the EMS One 2014 Souvenir Package. This SSG 08 features an “Anodized Airbrushed” finish with the Acid Fade pattern, giving the rifle a smooth metallic sheen that transitions through neon lime-green and yellow tones like a chemical spill under light. The barrel and core body remain mostly dark and utilitarian, which makes the glowing scope housing and accent panels stand out even more during quick peeks and reloads. Because the fade effect is pattern-based, different drops can show slightly different color placement and intensity. In Factory New condition, the rifle looks pristine: virtually no scuffs, scratches, or worn edges, so the metallic glow stays crisp and the fade remains vivid and clean.
