3. Intellectual Property

Given the nature of SkinsWiki as an encyclopedic resource, the Website contains both content produced by SkinsWiki and content originating from third parties. This section sets out how each category is treated.

3.1 Proprietary Content

All rights, title, and interest in and to the original editorial content of the Website, other than Third-Party Content, including but not limited to text, layout, design, compilation, and original data compilations, belong to SkinsWiki or its respective contributors and licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. 3.3 Transformative and Derivative Works

Certain content on the Website constitutes transformative works derived from third-party source materials, including AI-assisted image enhancements and three-dimensional renders of in-game items created for documentary and reference purposes. Such works are transformative in nature and serve an informational function. All underlying intellectual property rights in the source materials remain with their respective owners.

Where practicable, SkinsWiki identifies the origin or rights holder of third-party content displayed on the Website. The absence of explicit attribution does not constitute a waiver of any rights held by the original rights holder. Rights holders wishing to request attribution, correction, or removal of content are welcome to contact SkinsWiki using the details in Section 8.

4. Content Removal Requests

Upon receipt of a valid notice, SkinsWiki will investigate the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the relevant content. SkinsWiki reserves the right not to act on notices that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted in bad faith.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE WEBSITE.

7. Severability

If any term or provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect. The parties shall use reasonable efforts to find an alternative means to achieve the same or substantially the same result as that contemplated by the invalidated provision.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website.
